Since it began in 2013 our co-op program has been a wonderful partnership, both for us and for the tremendous students that have come through it. We take on students from a range of disciplines and backgrounds and give them a rewarding experience in an innovative and supportive environment. In return, we get an influx of new ideas and capabilities — for example, our co-op program has been at the heart of our strides in home automation.
We are always looking for new talent to join our team, and as an equal opportunity employer, we encourage people from all backgrounds and identities to apply. This commitment to finding the best minds — no matter what their background — is why we’re delighted to be able to continue our successful association with the Camosun College Women in Trades Recruitment initiative.
All we are looking for is hardworking and proactive problem solvers with a gift for innovation and outside-the-box thinking. We want people who can look at the big picture when it comes to projects, who can proactively identify and solve problems, and who will fit in with our company ethos.
In return, our students get a tremendous opportunity to gain real industry experience in a supportive environment.
We’re committed to the development of our students, helping them to develop and giving them a space where they can flourish and achieve their potential.
